    Pam from TN Asked

My Son will be turning 15 during our trip in DW in August 2010. Do you have some ideas for a teenager on their B-Day?

Hey, Pam! I asked my resident expert (my 15-year-old son), and here are a few of his suggestions for your son:

    • DisneyQuest -- 5 floors of cutting-edge technology and virtual reality games fueled by Disney Imagineering. I recommend getting there at opening (11:30 a.m) to spend the hottest part of the day indoors. In fact, a late breakfast/early lunch at Rainforest Cafe or an early lunch/dinner at T-Rex Cafe would be a fun beginning or end to DQ.
    • Blizzard Beach or Typhoon Lagoon -- Although my teen loves the theme parks, there really is an extra measure of fun when you add water. There are thrill rides that will challenge his bravery even beyond strapping into a roller coaster!
    • ESPN Wide World of Sports -- If he's a sports enthusiast, see what's being played at the complex and pay a visit to this amazing facility. Stop by the Playstation Pavilion to see the latest and greatest in PS3 gaming and get into the game. (Yet, I wouldn't pay a special visit here unless your ticket includes Water Park Fun & More options.)
    • Also, take a look at Customizing Your Celebration to see all the ideas that are available when celebrating a birthday at WDW. You can have a special cake, a dessert or even gifts delivered to your room or restaurants!
Have a wonderful day, a fabulous birthday celebration and a magical vacation!
