Hi there, My son and I are planning our next Disney World trip. We will have the DDP He will be 11 when we go but he's a very small 11. I know he won't want to order from the main menu at most (if not all restaurants), can he still order from the kids menu

Hello to a fellow Canadian Tina! Sounds like you're planning a magical mom/son vacation! There should be no problem for your son ordering from the kids menus. My daughter did this for years. Often times they will make him a larger portion.

I will say that the Disney Dining Plan was a great chance for my daughter to try new foods and I credit it with expanding her tastes beyond chicken fingers! The chefs are most accommodating, so don't be shy to make changes, like asking for no sauce or sauce on the side or substituting some of the vegetables for ones he enjoys. And yes, French fries are considered veggies!

Write back with any other questions as you plan your magical vacation Tina!
