My son needs a DAS. Where are the guest relations booths to get on in MK and EPCOT. Can we get a DAS at guest relations at Downtown Disney the night before we go to a park or only in the park?

Welcome to the Disney Parks, Aliex!

The Disability Access Service (DAS) can be requested at any theme park Guest Relations. You will longer receive a physical card as the DAS is now electronically linked to your theme park admission media (MagicBands or tickets). Keep mind that all members of the party need to be present so all media can be associated with the DAS recipient. I am thrilled that I will not have to worry about keeping up with my son's card!

Only theme park locations of Guest Relations can process DAS requests. Unfortunately, Guest Relations at Downtown Disney is unable to grant these requests. At the Magic Kingdom, the lobby is inside City Hall, which is the second building on the left as you enter Town Square. The lobby located inside Epcot can be found to the left side of Spaceship Earth. You can also visit a Guest Relations Window, located just outside of the theme park admission gates. On our last visit, we used the Guest Relations Window outside the Magic Kingdom gates to update my son's DAS the night before our first day in the park. We were able to complete the process quickly and did not need to use an admission ticket. The next morning we were ready to start the magic without delay!

I hope this helps, and you have a magical vacation! Let me know if you have further questions as you plan your visit.
