Hi. My son has a medical condition that results in immediate need for a restroom....surgey is scheduled but not til after our trip. Will we be able to leave a line and return to our party once he is done? He is only 6. Thanks.

    Hi Jodi:

With the new Disability Access Service (DAS) card, Guest Relations will work with you to accommodate your family's unique experiences.  Simply explain your child's needs to Guests Services.

With the DAS card, you can generally board attractions with shorter wait time.  There isn't a strict return time frame (unlike with FastPass+), so if your child needs to use the restroom or you see that the line is too long when you return to ride, head to the restroom and return later.  The good news is that you can also use the DAS card in addition to FastPass+, which may provide your family with additional support.

With the DAS card, you will receive a return time for attractions based on their current wait time.  Guests with the DAS card do not need to be present to get a return time for attractions, however, they must be present when returning to board the attraction.  So if your child won't understand walking up to an attraction only to get a return time and have to walk away, you can send someone else in your party.

    Enjoy your vacation.
