    Kylie from NC Asked

My son and I are making the trip to Disney in April! He's only 6. In order to ride the same rides together, do we need to make the same Fast Pass reservations

Hello Kylie! Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.

Speaking from experience, I can honestly say that taking a 6-year-old to Walt Disney World Resort for the first time is an Endlessly magical Experience that neither one of you will forget.

When booking your FastPass+ Selections up to 60 days in advance for Guests staying at a Walt Disney World Resort Hotel and 30 days in advance for those who are not, you will be required to schedule a FastPass+ for each Guest in your party.  The only Guests that do not require FastPass+ Selections for attractions and entertainment are children ages 3 and under entering the queue with Guests that have schedule FastPass+ Selections.

After you use your initial 3 FastPass+ Selections in the Theme Park, you are able to make additional selections. I like to book my family's FastPass+ Selections for early in the day at a Walt Disney World Resort Theme Park and then use the My Disney Experience App on any mobile advice or the FastPass+ Kiosks located in the Theme Parks to gain an additional FastPass+ Selection as we continue through our day.

    Have a Magical Vacation!
