My son LOVES Cap. Jack from the POTC, can anyone please give more information one The Pirates League . Is this something for a five year old boy?

Welcome to the Moms Panel Jessica!

I am a HUGE Captain Jack fan too! My 6 year old did The Pirates League this summer & LOVED it! They do a fantastic job! Upon arrival, your son will choose which makeover he'd like to do. You have the option of purchasing a pirate outfit. First on the agenda is getting a pirate name & then the makeover begins. The Cast Members do an incredible job with the makeup & entertaining kids as they do it. Be sure to take before, during & after photos. After the makeup is complete, they take the pirate oath & an announcement is made that they have a new pirate which draws many cheers.

New pirates are given a sword & sash & learn a couple of moves. Now they are ready for the secret room. I can't reveal the details of the secret room but its way cool! At the end, they receive a document with their pirate name & oath. There is an option to purchase a photo but no pressure. If you purchase the picture, the receipt has a code that you can add the photos to your PhotoPass account.

The Pirates League is beyond fun for any guest over the age of 3. Click here to see some of our own Moms Panelists being transformed.

The Adventureland Pirates Parade is typically held daily around 4:00 p.m. Everyone who had a pirate makeover at the Pirates League during that day is invited to come back & participate. You meet at the stage in Adventureland across from the entrance to Pirates of the Caribbean ride. Its a short parade (nothing fancy) in the area but the kids have a blast.

Wishing you minnie magical piratical memories :-) Allison
