    My son lost his safari hat he got in animal kingdom. He talks about it alot. Is there anyway to buy a hat and have them ship it. I have tried the Disney store but, they don't have it. Thanks

    Oh, how often does that happen ... someone loses a favorite souvenir from Walt Disney World, or you get the "non-buyer's remorse" for not picking up the thing you ultimately really wanted.

    Disney understands this issue, and has provided for it. Their merchandizing line is ready to help you save the day!

    Give these magical Cast Members a call at 407-363-6200 M-F, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM EDT, and describe the hat to them. If they cannot find it because it's no longer available, they will be ready to suggest some wonderful alternatives for your son.
