My son will graduate from High School May 2018. Even though I have been to Disney over 30 trips..I am not an expert on large groups. I think Disney books 1 year in advance but I need to get an estimate to give the Junior class. Advice on where to start?

    Hey, Kim!

Thank you for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your great question. I hope you continue to visit the Moms Panel while planning your son’s Walt Disney World Resort graduation vacation. It will be here before you know it, and I’m happy you are planning well in advance.

I suggest you start by contacting the team at Disney Group Getaways. When you contact Disney Group Getaways, your group will be assigned a Disney Group Specialist who will help manage your room block, plan private catered events and answer questions about traveling with a large group.

Disney Group Getaways Specialists, benefits and experiences are available for groups of any size as long as they plan on booking at least ten (10) Guest rooms during one (1) night of their stay.

In order to start planning your Disney Group Getaway, please dial (407) 828-3318 or fill out this form to receive a reply within 48 hours.

Kim, I hope I have helped answer your question. If you need any more help, please visit the Disney Parks Moms Panel again. We would love to sprinkle your son’s very special vacation with extra Pixie Dust!
