My son is a florida resident who rents a cabin every December, he would like us to come share the experience with him and his wife and son. We are not florida residents can we still stay in their cabin???

    Hi Judy,

The cabins at the Fort Wilderness resort are such a relaxing, quiet place to stay. I'm sure you and your son's family will have an amazing time.

As long as your son makes the reservation in his name and is staying in the cabin, you should have no problems. He will need to show his valid Florida ID upon check-in to assure the Florida resident discounted rate for the cabin.

Make sure, however, that he includes your names on the reservation so that you can make FastPass+ reservations, get MagicBands and take advantage of other perks associated with being a guest at the Walt Disney World resort.

Thanks for your great question. Please let us know if we can do anything else for you as you plan your December visit. Enjoy!
