My son will be doing the pirates league dress up at 12:50 and I want to schedule my daughter at bbb. Should I do the same time and divide and conquer? It will be May and I assume warm. Will she wear her dress all day?

    Hi Suzanne,

If you have the capability of booking your children at their respective makeovers simultaneously, then this would probably work best from the kids' perspective. Sis won't have to wait around for an hour while bro gets his pirate on, and vice versa.

The downside from the parents' perspective is that you don't get to see your son's pirate transformation and your hubby doesn't get to see the Fairy Godmothers in Training in action (or vice versa). But that may be a small price to pay for happy kiddos.

You are correct that May will be toasty warm. The average high temperatures for that time of year hover in the high 80s. Whether your daughter wears her dress all day is up to you. I will say that during the heat of summer, many girls do change out of their princess gowns and only wear them for a character meal or other special experience. If you didn't want to carry the dress around all day, you could rent a locker to store it in.

Good luck with your planning. Please let us know if you have additional questions.
