My son is a disabled Veteran. He has 6 girls ages 14 ,12 10 and triplets that are 7. My husband and I are wanting to take them to give them a break. We would love to take them to Disneyland, but will have difficulty with the prices . Anything help?

    Hi, Yvonne!

I’m so happy to hear that you want to take your granddaughters to the Disneyland Resort. Wow—six princesses! What a magic trip that would be for all of you.

One way to help reduce the cost of your trip is to take advantage of the military promotion being offered this year. Disney is saluting active and retired U.S. military personnel by offering 3-Day Disneyland Resort Park Hopper tickets for $129 each that may be used through September 27, 2014. The tickets are available for purchase at participating U.S. military sales outlets by any eligible U.S. military personnel or their spouse, but to use them at the theme parks, your son or his spouse would need to accompany you on the trip. There are also special hotel room rates available as a part of this military promotion.

If your son or his spouse isn't able to travel with you, there are other specials that may benefit your family. Check out the Offers & Discounts page on for a current listing of all the resort’s promotions.

I hope this helps, Yvonne, and that your family enjoys a perfectly pixie-dusted visit to The Happiest Place on Earth soon! Please ask me any other questions you may have.

    Wishing you magic,
