    Hi, there!

Cheryl, I'm so pleased to hear you have an upcoming visit planned. I know you and your family will have a magical stay!

The Walt Disney World Resort is committed to being accessible, inclusive and accommodating for all Guests. There are many Services for Guests with Disabilities available! Upon your arrival, be sure to chat with Guest Relations at the Main Entrance of any of the four theme parks. The Cast Members there are eager to discuss your son's unique needs with you, and will work with you to register your son for the Disability Access Service or make other accommodations, as needed. In addition to a list of Attraction Access Categories online, Guides for Guests with Disabilities are available at each theme park. The online list and theme park guides specifically detail which attractions your son can experience in his pushchair, and which attractions would require a transfer to the ride vehicle or ambulatory assistance from the members of your party.

If you would like to speak to a Cast Member about your son's needs prior to your arrival, call Disability Services at  0800 085 0702.

I hope this information was helpful, Cheryl. Please visit us again soon with any new questions you have as you plan your Walt Disney World Resort vacation!
