    My son & I are coming early Jan. I know I can't book my FP+ times yet, but when I get into it my son is not there in family & friends. He is there for everything else. How do I get him on my list for FP+. I have tried reputing him on it doesn't wor

    Hi, Karen!

    I'm wondering if you could have more than one set of login information for My Disney Experience. It could be that your son is set up under a different email address and perhaps that's why he's not showing.

    There is a section on the Walt Disney World website that is specifically for the Family & Friends in My Disney Experience and I've linked it for you so you can look over your account and make sure that all of the steps have been followed to connect your son.

    If you are still not able to get him connected, you can give a call to speak with a Cast Member that will be able to assist you with getting your son linked properly to your account. The telephone numbers are as follows:
