It will be just me and my son. Can I carry my backpack on the rides with me? I know I can get a locker, but I'd rather not have to be going back and forth all the time.

Hi Christina! Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

What a special vacation you and your son are about to have! There is a huge smile on my face just thinking about the wonderful memories that will be made and how much fun you will experience together at "The Most Magical Place on Earth." It is very exciting!

You will be happy to know that you can take your backpack with you on the attractions. With two little ones, we have to take a backpack with us each day we go to the theme parks because there are a lot of essential items we still need. Bags and backpacks are stored at your feet for most rides. For the thrill rides, there is usually a small pouch to place smaller items in, but bags can still be placed at your feet. I like to step on the arm strap of my bag or backpack for rides like Rock 'n' Roller Coaster Starring Aerosmith, just for peace of mind. My husband simply places the bag between his feet to hold it. Either way, your bag can stay with you the entire time!

I hope this helps with your planning, Christina! Have a wonderful visit and please let us know if you have any other questions.
