Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Olasumbo!

Character dining experiences are great options for families with preschoolers because you can enjoy a fantastic meal, take a break from the heat of the park so everyone has energy for the rest of the day and meet some Characters who will come right to your table. Here are some awesome Character dining experiences that I think your son would love:
    • Chef Mickey's - Since your son is a big fan of Mickey Mouse, I think he would love to enjoy a brunch at his restaurant. Our family loved the selection on the buffet and the desserts were fantastic!
    • Tusker House Restaurant - Located in Disney's Animal Kingdom, this is a fun chance to take a take a trip to the wild side and enjoy some unique foods during your meal. Plus, you will get the chance to see Donald Duck and his friends in their Safari outfits. (Character appearances are always subject to change, but we saw Mickey on our visit this past fall.)
    • Hollywood & Vine - Disney Junior Play 'n Dine at Hollywood & Vine is definitely a favorite of ours! My preschool sons love getting to meet their favorite Disney Junior characters, plus our whole family loves the selection of food. While Mickey generally does not make appearances here, this is a great choice for Disney Junior fans!
    • The Garden Grill - You can enjoy Chip 'n Dale's Harvest Feast in this fun restaurant. Plus, your son will love that the restaurant slowly rotates, allowing for beautiful views of Living with The Land!
Let us know if you have any other questions. T-T-F-N, ta ta for now!

Hi! I’m Crystal and I’m a wife and mommy to two little Mouseketeers. My husband and I have been enjoying Disney Parks since before we were married, and now we take our children to see Mickey and the gang as often as we can, while  managing my oldest son's food allergies. Planning is key for my family to ensure that everyone has a safe and fun trip to our favorite place and it can be just as exciting as the trip itself. I can’t wait to help you plan your next adventure there, too! Learn More About Crystal
