My son is Autistic, who can't stand in lines. We are a family of 5 & plan on getting a DAS card for our visit. I understand the basics. However, If we have a fastpass+ for a ride & DAS card, how do we use both together? Do we bypass the fastpass li

    Welcome Back Stacy ~

You can use Disney FastPass+ service (FP+) in addition to the Disability Access Service Card (DAS). I would recommend that you make your three FP+ selections prior to your trip. Guests staying on property can make FP+ selections 60 days in advance. Guests who are not staying on property but have already purchased tickets and linked them to their My Disney Experience accounts can make FP+ selections 30 days in advance. If you are unable to make FP+ selections prior to your trip, you can visit a FP+ kiosk as soon as you arrive in a park to make your first 3 FP+ selections.

Once you have obtained a DAS from Guest Relations inside one of the theme parks, you can visit an attraction to get a return time. Unless your son has an attraction he wants to do more than once, I would select attractions for DAS return times that are not one of your FP+ selections.

You will use the FP+ Return queues for your FP+ selections and for your DAS return times. You do not have to show his DAS to enter the lines for your FP+ selections.

There are times that I have seen the FP+ lines a bit long. If you see that, I would recommend walking around a bit and coming back. If you see that happening and you are getting close to the end of your FP+ return window, speak with a Cast Member and explain that you may need to walk around a few minutes instead of waiting in the line.

For the DAS return times, once you have reached your DAS return time, you can go back any time after that time.

If you see that you are going to run into any problems, you can always speak with a Cast Member at the attraction or return to Guest Relations and ask for assistance. In most cases, I have found them to be understanding and helpful.

I hope this answers your question but if you need further clarification, please feel free to visit again - I'm hEAR for you!

Wishing you minnie magical memories :-) Allison V.
