HI MOMS, Can someone please help me to plan what type of clothing to plan for our DCL cruise next month? We depart from Galveston on the 8N Bahamas cruise on January 18th. I have no idea what type of weather to plan for. Thanks for your help again:)

    Hi Alecia!
Thanks so much for writing back!  I would plan on checking the weather online about three to four days before you set sail, but I believe layering will be the key to comfort for your family!  After about a day of sailing, the temperatures will warm up and during the day you will want to dress casually in your summer time clothing.  For your eight-night voyage, you can expect four cruise casual nights, one pirate themed night, one semi-formal night, and one formal night.  For the evening, I would bring a light sweater or wrap because the temperature will probably be around 70 degrees, and it will feel cool both inside and on deck.   On www.disneycruise.com, you will find some great examples of cruise attire which will help you as you plan for your clothing in the next month.
I hope this helps, Alecia!  Please keep me posted if you think of anything else!
    Have a wonderful day!
