    If someone in your party decides they want to upgrade their magic band(ugg!) after you have already purchased one for another member of the group and the order went through, can you request another upgrade? Do you have to call someone to do this? Thank you

    Hi, Lisa! We're so glad you stopped back by the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your question.  You must be so excited to see Mickey and his Pals in a few weeks!

    I always look forward to that day when the MagicBand box shows up in the mail, as they not only serve as your go-to for just about everything you do in the Parks, but their arrival also marks the coming of a magical trip! Now, Walt Disney World Resort has pixie-dusted this process even more, with the option to upgrade (at a discounted price) to MagicBands featuring favorite Disney characters and designs. Clearly, your persistence has won out, and I'm happy to hear you were already able to order one. You shouldn't have any problems purchasing another one through your My Disney Experience account. I logged in today, and I see they've restocked several of the more coveted options such as the Cinderella Castle and Spaceship Earth bands. If you're unable to complete your order online, call the Internet Help Desk at (407) 939-4357 for assistance.
