Can someone help me come up with a touring plan for new fantasy land. have 8am appt for BBB and 10:15 res. for CRT. should have time for at least 1 attraction inbetween the 2. staying off property so no MB or FP+.

Nicole what a magical experience your little princess is going to receive from her royal appointment at the Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique and then to be whisked away to enjoy some regal Fairytale Dining at Cinderella's Royal Table; it's just the kind of day every little girl dreams of!
Depending on your princesses chosen package at the Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique she should be all sparkly and twinkly by 9.30am, the Magic Kingdom generally opens at 9am each morning so possibly you'll have the best part of an hour until your Advanced Dining Reservation at Cinderella's Royal Table. Please remember that as with all Walt Disney World restaurants, you should arrive 20 minutes prior to your 10.15am reservation to check-in with the Cast Member at the restaurants podium.
If you have time after leaving the Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique I would suggest heading to Princess Fairytale Hall for some royal interaction with the Princesses.  Then make your way to Peter Pan's Flight or The Many Adventures of Winnie The Pooh to pick up Disney Fastpass Service tickets for all your party - if you are ahead of schedule you possibly could also catch a boat ride on It's a Small World before your reservation at Cinderella's Royal Table.
After your early lunch return to your chosen fast pass ride between the given ticket times, this then leaves you free to enjoy the rest of Fantasyland as your heart desires!
Remember to take lots of pictures to capture your princesses special royal day at Walt Disney World, it will be a magical day neither of you will ever forget.
