can someone explain the fast pass and Disney bands to me? I am lost lol angie

    Hi Angie,
So glad you stopped by with your question! Fear not, fair maiden-I'm here to help!

MagicBands are comfortable silicone bands that connect you with everything important within the Walt Disney World Resort. MagicBands are your room keys, your park tickets, and can be set up to be used to charge to your resort room (with a PIN you select at check in). A MagicBand is complimentary for each guest that is included on a Walt Disney World Resort reservation; bands are available in eight fun colors and may be personalized with up to nine characters. They are waterproof and can be worn in a pool or at a water park.

FastPass+ is this amazing system that allows you to reserve your spot in line during a one-hour block of time for three attractions of your choice in the same park per day of park tickets. You may make FastPass+ selections starting 60 days from your arrival date for the length of your stay beginning at 7 am Mickey Time (Eastern time zone). If you are interested in some of the more popular attractions, such as Avatar Flight of Passage or the new Slinky Dog Dash, I recommend attempting to get FastPass+ reservations for those attractions toward the end of your stay, as those attractions fill up quickly. Once you have used all three of your FastPasses, you may seek additional selections in any theme park, one at a time, in the My Disney Experience mobile app. It can be useful to plan your FastPasses early in the day so you have plenty of time to add additional attractions later in the day if you so desire.

    Best Wishes,
    Amy S.
