    Julie from TX Asked

Does someone with Crohn's Disease qualify for a DAS card and what are the steps to getting one?

    Dear Julie,

Medical records are not required to receive disability services at the Walt Disney World Resort, so if you feel that your illness precludes you from waiting on lines or that you need assistance, then yes absolutely you would be able to receive those services.

When you arrive at the theme park for the day, please head over to Guest Relations first thing, and they will be able to assist you with the steps that you need to make your day even more magical! These are located at: City Hall at Magic Kingdom park, the Guest Relations lobby (near the Main Entrance) at Disney’s Animal Kingdom theme park, the Guest Relations lobby (near the turnstiles) at Disney’s Hollywood Studios, and the Guest Relations lobby (near Spaceship Earth) at Epcot.

Hope that helps with your magical planning!
