Le Cellier Steakhouse

Six of us will be visiting in November with some very picky eaters and the dining plan. If I make reservations at Le Cellier for dinner can my husband use the dining plan for his steak while I buy my poutine with cash? Or do we all have to use meal points?

Hey, Amy! Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! When I first looked over your question, you had me at "poutine!" My fellow Panelist, Lynne, got me hooked on this delicious dish a couple of years ago and it has become one of our must-have Disney treats! What's not to love about crisp fries, thick gravy, and chunks of decadent cheese? Okay, I am officially craving some poutine now! Quick tip - be sure to head to Disney Springs and check out the offerings at The Daily Poutine. Oh, my word! The Classic just cannot be beat, but my daughter does love the Latin Poutine there. They usually have a seasonal offering, so be sure to look for it!

Amy, when you dine at Le Cellier Steakhouse, you can definitely split your bill to use your Disney Dining Plan for your husband's meal and pay cash for other meals. I am glad you thought to do this, because it really would not be good use of a Table Service entitlement just to pay for your poutine. Kindly let the Cast Member serving you know that you will be using your Disney Dining Plan for only his meal and would like to pay separately for your meal. They will be able to easily accommodate this request and your bill will reflect this.

I hope you have a delicious, I mean magical visit to Walt Disney World Resort, Amy! Please let us know if you have any other questions as you continue to plan your trip.
