My sister and I are taking twin 3-year olds and a 7-year-old to Magic Kingdom & Animal Kingdom. Which rides that are for guests 38 inches or shorter will we not be able to ride at least 3 in a seat? I want to minimize making my 7-year-old ride alone.

    Sherri,
Your question is a great one and lets me talk about one of my favorite features about the Walt Disney World Resort. After doing a little research, the only attraction I could find that can be enjoyed by everyone regardless of height but still can't fit 3 in a seat is the Astro Orbiter in the Magic Kingdom. However, this brings me to my aforementioned favorite feature, the Rider Switch Service! Should you decide you want to use this service, bring your entire party to the Cast Member at the entrance to the line of the attraction. Tell them that you would like to use the Rider Switch service and they will give you a special pass. Then, you can split up into two groups, take the appropriate number of party members onto the ride while the other group waits, then swap and the second group can wait in the Fast Pass line to enjoy the attraction.

Addtionally, I found this great post from Jamie Langdon, one of the Social Media Managers on the Disney Parks Blog with some information about height requirements in all four Walt Disney World Resort theme parks. She's a mama with some little ones (and also happens to be the fearless leader of the Disney Parks Moms Panel), so this subject is near and dear to her heart as well.

Sherri, I hope this answers your question; please come back and see us if you have any additional questions about your upcoming Walt Disney World Resort vacation!

    Best Wishes,
    Amy B.
