My sister (24) and I (25) are taking our 13yo brother to WDW for the first time from June 27th-July 5th. Our brother does not seem very excited and thinks WDW is for little kids. Any suggestions for things to do besides rides that will change his mind?

If Walt Disney World is just for little kids, I should have outgrown it long ago!

So, let's see if these ideas will enthuse the teen:

DisneyQuest - unlimited video games including virtual reality experiences
ESPN Wide World of Sports complex - for sports fans
Theme park attractions - Space Mountain, Big Thunder Mountain and Splash Mountain at the Magic Kingdom; Tower of Terror, Rock n Roller Coaster and Star Tours at Hollywood Studios; Expedition Everest, Kali River Rapids and Dinosaur at Animal Kingdom; Test Track, Soarin' and Mission Space at Epcot
Water Parks - Blizzard Beach and Typhoon Lagoon for thrill-seeking waves and slides. Swim with sharks at Typhoon Lagoon or sign up for a surfing lesson.

Buzz Lightyear and Toy Story Mania are great attractions for all ages due to interactive gaming!

Shows: It's Tough to be a Bug at Animal Kingdom, Lights, Motors, Action! Extreme Stunt Show

Other resort activities: Game Rooms, Boating, Fishing, Horseback Riding, Parasailing

Of course, the teen may have a great time but never admit it. It's a teen thing.

Kudos to both of you for taking your brother on this amazing adventure. He may thank you (in a few years!)
