Hi, My sister is staying at a WDW Resort but my family is not. Can she make fastpass+ reservations for us if we are linked up through My Disney Experience?

Hi Jennifer! Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! We are so glad to have the chance to help answer your question!

The FastPass+ program is a wonderful program that really in my opinion is a huge timesaver for my family! I think we would be lost without it! We always use it on some of the more popular attractions and it cuts down on our wait times leaving us more time to explore in the parks!

Since your sister is staying at the Walt Disney World Resort, she will be able to make FastPass+ reservations for everyone that is included in her reservation up to 60 days before her check-in time. Since your family is staying at an offsite location, your FastPass+ reservations can be reserved as early as 30 days before you arrive. It is my understanding that if you are linked; she “should” be able to make FastPass+ reservations for your family starting as early as 30 days before you arrive. Please note that I have not tried to make FastPass+ reservations for linked family members after I had made my initial reservations, so things may be different when she does try to reserve your FastPass+ times. It also is not guaranteed that you all will be able to have the same FastPass+ reservations and times.

I hope that I have helped to answer your question. Have a wonderful family vacation!
