My sis-in-law is managing the accounts for her kiddos on My Disney Experience, but wants me to be in charge of getting Fastpasses for the group. How do I add my nieces/nephews to our fastpass plans, even though I'm not managing them?

Thanks for bringing your question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Nicole!

While only one adult may “manage” a minor’s profile, you should be able to make FastPass+ selections for them if they’re connected through your Family & Friends list. For example, I am the one who manages my daughter’s account, but my husband was able to add her to his Family & Friends list. This allows him to make both FastPass+ and dining reservations for her via his My Disney Experience account.

If you run into issues adding your nieces and nephews to your Family & Friends list, I would encourage you to reach out to the My Disney Experience helpline. In my experience, the Cast Members at this phone number have always been super helpful and able to solve my issues in just a few minutes. I would recommend having your sister-in-law’s email address handy, though, as this is what the Cast Member will use to look up the account where your nieces and nephews are managed. Of course, your sister-in-law will want to make sure she’s linked a valid Theme Park ticket or Walt Disney World Resort Annual Pass to each of her children in her own My Disney Experience account before you’ll be able to begin booking FastPass+ experiences for them.

I wish you the best of luck, Nicole! Please let us know if you have any additional questions or if there’s anything else we can do to help you as you plan your Walt Disney World Resort vacation.
