I am a single mom of a 5 year old boy. We are cruising on the Disney Magic on May 4th. My son is an excellent swimmer, however I am not. He wants to snorkel in snorkel lagoon. Is it ok for non swimmers so that I can go with him?

    Hi Robyn!

Snorkel Lagoon should be perfectly fine for you to enjoy with your son.  It's listed as moderate activity, but as long as you wear your life jacket you'll be great!  You may not realize this, but there are two courses that you can enjoy in Snorkel Lagoon.  One is 17 ft. deep, the other is only 3 ft. deep.  Start slow on the 3 ft. deep and then see how comfortable you feel about swimming in the other.  I'm sure you'll be able to enjoy both.  It's an at your own pace activity.

Please let me know if I can help you with anything else.  You're going to have a great time sharing this experience with your big boy...one that he & you will never forget!  Have a magical sailing Robyn.
