How do I sign up for the Magical Express service?

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Kevin!

Disney's Magical Express is complementary motorcoach bus service available for all guests staying at a Walt Disney World® Resort Hotel and flying in/out of Orlando International Airport.

Reservations can be made for this magical service by calling (407) 939-1936. Have your flight information and resort hotel reservation number handy when you call and you'll be good-to-go. Just remember, in order to receive your Magical Express Luggage Tags, allowing you to skip baggage claim, you must call 30 days in advance. Otherwise, you'll just need to retrieve your luggage yourself before boarding the bus. Another tip, have your MagicBands in your carry-on. Cast Members at the Magical Express check-in kiosk will need to scan them.

I hope this helps, Kevin! Please let us know if we can be of additional assistance. The Disney Parks Moms Panel is here to help. You can also select the highlighted link above for more information.
