Sherri: Thank you for your answer regarding our Second Honeymoon from Nov 8th to 17th. Any advice you can give will be appreciated. We are staying at the Yacht Club where we stayed on our first honeymoon!!

    Hi Beverly,

Welcome back and thank you for your questions. Your trip is bound to be the most magical time. Disney's Yacht Club (as you likely remember) is so elegantly adorned and will certainly set the stage for a romantic stay. Consider upgrading to Concierge level for a truly pampered experience.

Be sure to spend your first few days exploring Epcot's Food & Wine Festival. I think a wonderful way to commemorate your 2nd honeymoon is to book a Special Event at the festival. According to the independent site disneyfoodblog.com, tickets to premium events are expected to go on sale August 7th. I'd suggest checking out the site to determine if "Sweet Sundays," a seminar, or a mixology series might interest you. Booking an event can be done by phone at 407-WDW-FEST, 407-939-3378.

Have you considered a specialty cruise, or a private fireworks cruise to view either IllumiNations: Reflections of Earth or Wishes? Click the following specialty cruise link for more information, including ways to customize the excursion.

Consider booking a carriage ride along the Sassagoula River at Disney's Port Orleans - Riverside, and enjoy the famous beignets for a sweet treat afterwards.

Although currently closed for refurbishment, the California Grill is expected to open this Fall. Note your celebration on your Advanced Dining Reservation and upon arrival, request a window seat for a perfectly romantic backdrop.

I'm running out of room, Beverly, but I hope I offered a few suggestions to help you plan a romantic trip together. Please feel free to write back with any other questions coming to mind.
