Mom and Dad planning vacation

I have set up our travel party with just names and have booked rooms, dining. I want the adults to be able to add fastpass+ themselves what "control" do I lose if I migrate them to mydisney linked accounts?

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Andrew! I’m glad to hEAR about your upcoming trip plans, and I understand your light panic as you relinquish planning duties to the rest of your party!

I always like to make sure things are “just so” when I’m planning a trip, though traveling with other adults can be a challenge in that you are not the only one wanting to make plans! As the My Disney Experience lead on the Resort room reservation, you’ll still be in charge of altering room plans, but the other adults would be able to complete Online Resort Check-in unless you asked them to let you do it. They would also be able to customize their own MagicBands, view your joint plans like Advanced Dining Reservations, and create their own FastPass+ reservations, which would fall right in line with your question. If you remained linked as Friends and Family after this trip, you would still be able to link up with them for a future Walt Disney World Resort stay or purchasing and assigning them tickets. It’s a great way to combine and share trip plans. I always create a FB Messenger chat with my travel buddies, as we choose a Resort hotel, restaurants we are dying to try and identify what time we can leap off Disney’s Magical Express and hug each other’s necks. You may want or need to do the same thing so you can leave notes for each other or agree on plans if you are not the only planner.

If I can help you choose a restaurant or off-the-beaten-path activity, please let me know. You’ve got a friend in me! ~ Lindsey P.
