    Hi! I've set up a lot in My Disney Experience using my computer, but, when I downloaded & signed in to the app, none of my information (resort res, family & friends) showed up. Any ideas?

    Hi Kalee! It is never fun to work hard on something and then feel frustration when it doesn't seem to work.

    Please check to make sure you have signed in correctly and used the same password when trying to use My Disney Experience through your app.  Try reloading your resort reservation number. If things are still coming up blank I strongly suggest you call Disney help center direct at 407-939-4357. When things have happened to us we have realized it saves time to just call and let them help us through the issue versus spending hours trying to work through it ourselves. Although the new system is several years old it still has its kinks but these are far and few between. Before you try to add more reservations to your profile please call and let them make sure it is working correctly for you.
