In September my husband and I will be staying in a studio at Saratoga Springs. We prefer a king size bed, but we cannot seem to find information if this is available with our room type. And if so, in which section of the resort? Do you know? Thank you!

    Hi Michelle!

Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! With beautiful gardens and a quiet atmosphere, Disney’s Saratoga Springs Resort & Spa is a great choice. Downtown Disney is in the process of its magical transition into the new Disney Springs, so you’ll be right near some of the newest and most exciting dining and shopping locations on property. Check out The Boathouse for a delectable lunch, or take a spin (or a swim) in an Amphicar! The new pedestrian bridge that connects the resort to Downtown Disney makes it a relatively easy walk from the Congress Park section of the resort. If you think you’ll be spending time at Downtown Disney, this is the location I would recommend requesting. Keep in mind, that while Cast Members will do there very best to accommodate, requests can never be guaranteed.

Currently, all Deluxe Studio accommodations at Disney’s Saratoga Springs Resort & Spa feature one queen-size bed, and one full-size sofa bed. You will also have a convenient kitchenette right in your room, perfect for making a light meal or snack.  If you were wanting a larger room type that features a king-size bed, you could consider a 1 Bedroom Villa. These rooms offer a separate master bedroom with a king bed, a luxurious bathroom with a whirlpool tub, a separate living area, a washer and dryer and a full kitchen! From a relaxing bubble bath after a busy day in the parks, to cooking a four course meal, a 1 Bedroom Villa offers all the comforts of home.

If you have additional questions, Michelle, just let me know if I can help. I love helping guests to plan their magical trips!

    Have a Disney Day!
