    After I selected my pictures from the disney photo pass I go to the shopping cart icon which has an amount and I can't get any further to make payment what am I doing wrong? am I missing a step

If you are experiencing some problems using My Disney Experience app, trying to make your payment, my best advice for you is getting in touch with the proper help desk service.
