We’re so glad you stopped by! I’m sorry you are having a difficult time with your FastPass+ plans. I’m not quite sure what could be causing your hiccup, although I did hear recently of some updates that were causing some odd glitches with the
My Disney Experience app. But I believe guests were able to update it and all was ok afterward.
I would recommend checking for updates, restarting the app, even deleting it and re-downloading it to see if that helps. Don’t make any changes to your FastPass+ because if it’s a technical issue, they should still be there, even if you don’t see them. If none of these options fixes it, I recommend calling Disney’s Internet Help Desk at 407-939-7765 where a friendly and super helpful Cast Member will be able to access your account and hopefully provide you a fix!
