    Heather from MD Asked

Can I select an additional fastpass as soon as I have checked into my final fastpass? Or do I have to wait until the window for the final fastpass closes? Thanks!

    Hey, Heather!

Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. You just leveled up to Disney Theme Park Master!

Yes, yes, yes, you sure can and you do not need to wait till the window closes. Here is what I do.

I use the My Disney Experience mobile app as much as possible for purchasing tickets, Disney PhotoPass Service photos, FastPass+ reservations and dining reservations. I login to the mobile app after I pass through the third (or last) attraction's FastPass+ "touchpoint" and immediately schedule another FastPass+ reservation before I have jumped on the attraction. The "touchpoint" confirms the FastPass+ selection was used; since it is the last one, you will be able to make an additional FastPass+ selection for your enjoyment. Boom!

Disney Dad Tip 1: You may choose FastPass+ attractions on the My Disney Experience mobile app by time. We usually see what's nearest and available and choose that attraction. Any time saved from waiting in line is more time for other Walt Disney World Resort magic.

Disney Dad Tip 2: FastPass+ window actually opens 5 minutes before and closes 15 minutes later your scheduled 60 minutes. You have a total of 80 minutes to use your FastPass+ entitlement. This is not the same as the Disneyland Resort FASTPASS system where they are strict on the 60-minute window.

Heather, enjoy making many Magical Memories!
