I've seen references on the moms panel site to a GAC. What is that?

    Hi Suzanne,

A GAC is a Guest Assistance Card for guests who need assistance because of a medical condition or special need and is often used by guests who have conditions that aren't apparent to the visible eye such as heart conditions, heat sensitivity, and autism.  The card identifies what accommodations will help the guest such as waiting in a shaded area or a quiet area. The cards can be obtained at any of the Guest Relations at the parks, and the guest needing the card must be present at the time the request is made. It is important to note that the card does not work like a fast pass to get to the front of the line.

Thank you so much for your question; please let us know if we can help again or if you have more questions about the Guest Assistance Card.
