    Hi Kendra,

Many guests have the same question as you about the Disney Dining Plan. Will I be able to eat all the food they are serving me? I know most days I can not but that does not mean it is not a good value for your family.

Lets start with the little ones. For the youngest one, if they are under three, they will not be on the plan as the meal plan starts at age three. He or she can share a plate with anyone else at the table for free. Remember they also do not need a park ticket:) For the five year old, the price can not be beat. You would feed them a child's counter service meal for about half of what the per day price of the plan cost then add a table service meal and snack, it is a no brainer.

My biggest concern is for your tween and teen. They will be charged adult price which means they need to order from the adult menu. If they are picky eaters or will not eat items off the adult menu, then do not get the dining plan. My husband is a picky eater and he generally finds something to eat at any restaurant. Head to Allearsnet.com and look at menu options before booking restaurants. At the buffets however anyone can eat anything:)

I hope this helps with your dining plan question.

    Have a magical vacation!
