    It seems my disney account has been duplicated, I can access throught the app and see my magic bands, if I enter throught the pc it's a different account. How can I delete the one that doesn´t have my magic bands and keep the one with my info?

    It sounds like you have a vacation planned for Walt Disney World! That's great! I'm sorry to hear that you are having technical difficulties with your My Disney Experience Account. I would strongly recommend that you contact Guest Services at 1-407-939-4357 to speak with a Cast Member that can walk you through the process of fixing your account. They will be able to log in to your account and check out what the issues are.
