    Elisabeth Asked

This is our second Disney cruise! This time Alaska! 2 easy questions. 1 do we still get a pirate night? I understand no fireworks. 2 Do we get to meet and greet with Princesses Anna and Elsa?

    Ahoy, Elisabeth!

Your Disney Cruise Line trip to Alaska will be one heck of a voyage for you and your buccaneers. That itinerary is full of jaw dropping magical moments, different from all the other voyages on the other side of the world. My family and I had a magical adventure out there!

You are correct... no fireworks. But, don't despair - you've still got the Pirates Deck Party happening on your cruise. Captain Mickey's signature party will go on and you and your family will have loads of swashbuckling fun. Captain Sparrow and Captain Mickey are all in on the action, so don't forget your pirate gear.

I really wish I had better news, but at the moment, there have been no announcements about Princess Anna and Elsa trekking out to Alaska. They are currently only on the Disney Fantasy and the Disney Dream. We're hoping that the sisters come out for a visit and join the eager families looking forward to meeting them out in the California Coast and Alaska. We'll have to keep our EARs peeled for that and cross our fingers. We never know what the Disney Cruise Line comes up with. They are just full of pleasant surprises.

I hope this helps. Bundle up with clothing layers and have lots of warm hugs. Don't forget the top tips for sailing to Alaska from my fellow cruise Mom, Nancy! :-)  Wishing you a magical voyage to a pixie dusted frontier!

    Bon voyage!
