I want to get seating at a Character Restaurant on March 30, 31 or April 1. 1. Is there a list of restaurants that qualify? 2. Can I put my name on a waiting list? 3. What are usually the least busiest dinner times to get reservations? Regards

    Hi Sarah,

I always like to do at least one Character Dining experience on my trip.  It's so much fun for adults and kids alike. The best way to see which restaurants host character events is to visit the Disney Dining page. You can then filter under "dining experience" to "character dining" and see what is available. Unfortunately, there are no restaurants that maintain a waiting list for reservations.

I have found that if you try to reserve either an early dinner or a late dinner, it's easier to get a reservation. The more flexible you can be, the better your chances are.

Thanks for bringing your questions to the Moms Panel.  We love helping our guests plan their magical vacations.
