We are season pass holders to Disneyland but have never been to Disneyworld. We will only be there for 3 days. I watched the DVD it is a little intimidating. Any suggestions on on what we should do first between the 4 parks. We are taking are Grandkids.Thx

    Hi Kelly!

I have the privilege of being able to go to both Disneyland and Walt Disney World on a regular basis.  As a Disneyland veteran, you really won't have any problems in Walt Disney World.  The two big differences are Walt Disney World is much larger and you really have to make Advanced Dining Reservations (ADRs).

Walt Disney World is huge compared to Disneyland.  It's impossible to do everything in a single trip.  If you are going for 3 days, I would concentrate on just 3 of the parks.  I recommend the Magic Kingdom, Epcot, and Disney's Hollywood Studios.  However, if everybody in your party is a Disneyland veteran then you might consider skipping the Magic Kingdom for Disney's Animal Kingdom instead.  I only say that because Magic Kingdom is similar to Disneyland Park and maybe you would like to see the parks that definitely don't exist at the Disneyland Resort.

ADRs are critical if you want to dine in Table Service restaurant, especially in one of the theme parks.  Epcot, for example, has some amazing dining options so you definitely want to make ADRs.  ADRs can be made up to 180 days in advance, and some restaurants fill up close to that date!

Enjoy planning and write back if you have any more questions!
