I have scheduled dinner at the Crystal palace at 6pm in December with tickets to Mickey's Very Merry Christmas party starting at 7pm. Is it common to wait to be seated for dinner? Long does the dinner usually take I dont want to miss the extra activities

    Hi David!

Wow, that sounds like an awesome evening that you have planned!  Sometimes even with an Advanced Dining Reservation it can take a while to be seated.  My recommendation to you is to show up early for your Advanced Dining Reservation at the Crystal Palace (approximately 10 to 15 minutes early) so that you have a chance of being seated early.  The Crystal Palace is a buffet meal so you will play a major factor in determining how long that your dinner takes.  I believe that you will be able to finish your dinner in time to enjoy all the Holiday merriment of Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party!

I hope that you have a totally magical Holiday season on your next Walt Disney World vacation!
