hi we are scheduled to arrive at disney world on april 4th 2015.its 2 adults including myself an 5kids ages 2,4,6,6,&'d 9 its our first time we need some help on how big the parks is so we can be prepared an decide if we gonna have time to visit each

I'm so excited to see you return, Kiesha! It's my honor to get you started on your planning your very first Walt Disney World vacation.

I know you may be overwhelmed since you are bringing so many princes and princesses, but you can do this! The parks are large, but they can be maneuvered and enjoyed, even with a big party. Since you have so many little ones, I suggest putting a visit to Magic Kingdom park at the top of your list. This park has many attractions, shows and parades that the whole family will enjoy. In order to have everyone enjoy an attraction, you may have to use Rider Switch.
Rider Switch enables parents to ride with all of their children, without having to wait in line again. Basically, the whole family will get in line for an attraction. Once you reach a Cast Member, you will tell them that you would like to use the Rider Switch option. You can then ride with a few of the kids, while the other adult waits in the designated waiting area. Once you get off the attraction, the other family members will "switch" places with you and be able to enjoy the ride next. For more information on Rider Switch, check out the Planning for Pre-School Kids and Little Ones page. There is a downloadable guide available on that page. There's information on Rider Switch, attractions for younger guests, and even more valuable information that you will need to make your vacation a success. You can also use that guide to decide which other parks you would like to visit, since they list the attractions that would be great for the whole family to enjoy within each theme park.

Do you have any other questions for me, Kiesha? You are more than welcome to ask me at any time. Hope to hear from you again real soon!
