Hi! I saw as I scanned thru previous people's questions that you said that each park has a 'baby changing room' or whatever the term they use. It said that there is a microwave and stove. Is there cookwear there to use on the stove?

Welcome to Disney Parks Moms Panel, Pamela!

Oh, my goodness. You have hit the one point that made me fall in love with Walt Disney World immediately: Baby Care Centers.

On my very first trip to WDW, I toured the parks with a 3-year-old, 5-month-old, husband and parents-in-law, and I can honestly say that the Baby Care Centers were my first clue that this place is truly something magical. You will, too!

Baby Care Centers are conveniently located in each of the four theme parks, and each feature a small kitchen area for food preparation. These kitchens include a microwave and a sink, but not a stove or traditional oven. Microwaves are typically used to heat up items for babies and toddlers, such as formula or baby/toddler food. As such, if you bring something to a park that cannot be microwaved in its container, bring a microwavable dish, too. This will also make it easier for you to feed your little one in the feeding area, where you'll find highchairs and child-sized tables and chairs, as well.

For even more information about traveling to Walt Disney World with little ones, read through lots of helpful information such as suggested itineraries, preschool guides and more. You'll find that the folks at Walt Disney World have thought of just about everything you'll need to help make your visit practically perfect in every way.

Send more questions as you plan your stay, Pamela; we love to help!
