I saw you respond to someone's post regarding the NSSMMP and fast pass not available. I am planning on going and getting a tour guide for this day at magic kingdom. One of the MAJOR reasons we got tour guide for unlimited FP. Does that apply to guides too?

    Hi Lisa,

Thank you for visiting the Disney Parks Moms Panel! I believe your question is regarding making FastPass+ selections during a Special Event such as Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party and how that would affect the purchase of VIP Tour Services at Magic Kingdom park.

When there is a Special Event during the evening, for instance, on the nights of Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party, Magic Kingdom park will close for the day for regular admission Guests at 7:00 p.m. and only those who have an event ticket will be allowed to enter or stay in the park after that time. If you wish to attend the party, you will need to purchase tickets to be allowed to stay into the evening. Your VIP Tour Guide can stay with you to provide services and priority viewing for parades and shows.

During the party, Guests do not have the option of making FastPass+ selections in advance. However, in my experience, they have not been needed as most attractions have very short lines.

If you wish to use VIP Tour Services during the day only at Magic Kingdom park, it would work like any other fun-filled day! Just keep in mind that with shorter park hours, you may want to choose a day that does not offer a Special Event in the evening or plan on attending the event. For more information, feel free to contact a Cast Member who will be happy to assist you.

Wishing you a wonderful vacation! Please let us know if you have any other questions.
