    I just saw a question you answered on 4/3 about Elsa/Anna fastpass+ at MK. I don't see them as an option on the My Disney Experience App. Am I missing something?

    Hi Michele!  Thanks for stopping by to ask me a question about your upcoming vacation to Walt Disney World.   I simply adore the beautiful sisters from Arendelle, as do lots of other guests. I would love to "build a snowman" with them anytime.  

      You should be able to see the FastPass+ option for visiting the sisters in the My Disney Experience Application.   Please remember that the sisters will not be moving to the Magic Kingdom until April 20, 2014.   So if you are trying for a date before this time you will not see them listed.   If you are continuing to have difficulty I would recommend you call and speak with a cast member who specializing in helping guests with FastPass+ and My Disney Experience, they can be reached at (407) 939-4357.  

    I hope you get a chance to meet this beautiful duo, they are breathtaking in person.   If you need any other assistance please just let me know.
