I just saw that MK is now opening at 8am instead of 9am on one of the days we are there, but it's not described as EMH. Does that mean it's open for everyone, or only for resort guests? Trying to time our arrival to see Elsa & Anna without FP+.

Hi Tamara! Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.

Something tells me that you have Frozen Fever! Meeting Anna and Elsa was such an amazing experience for my kids (ok maybe for me too!) We arrived first thing in the morning and went right to the queue. The wait was still quite long but it was worth it for my kids.

Often times Disney Parks adjusts their operating hours for a variety of different reasons. Just last week as I was eating dinner in Magic Kingdom Park there was announcement that park hours had been extended by one hour! If you see that the park hours now state that the park opens at 8:00am and they are not described as Extra Magic Hours, then the park will be open to the general public at 8:00am!

I would suggest that to have the best chance of to Meet Anna and Elsa at Princess Fairytale Hall without too long of a wait, you should arrive prior to park opening (also known as rope drop), and head straight to Princess Fairytale Hall. Another thing to keep in mind is that a FastPass+ time may open up as your travel dates approach. So if you were unable to secure a FastPass+ reservation at first, keep trying! You never know when that Disney magic will happen!

I hope you have a magical vacation!
