Hi Sarah! Thanks for answering my question. Very helpful. Right WDW trip is just a dream. Working on taking PT board exam then looking for a job. But hoping I can celebrate next year with a trip. Do you recommend booking all at once or separate? Thanks!

Hello again, Jennifer! You are welcome, and feel free to come back whenever you need anything. Even though right now a Walt Disney World vacation seems like just a dream, a little planning can make it more of a reality. If you sit down and do some research on all of the things you'd like to see and do on your celebratory vacation, it can help give you an idea of how much you will need to budget and it'll also feel like you are that much closer to your trip. I usually try to have a game plan of what each day of my vacation will look like by laying out all of my plans on PowerPoint, however, some of my fellow Moms Panelists like using Excel Spreadsheets to help organize a schedule.

I'm not sure if by "booking all at once or separate" you mean paying for everything at once or if you mean making reservations. These two things are different, because you can begin making dining reservations 180 days in advance of your trip, and if you are staying on property, you can make FastPass+ selections 60 days in advance of your trip as long as you have tickets linked to your My Disney Experience account. It is highly recommended to schedule Advanced Dining Reservations at the 180 day mark and FastPass+ selections as close as possible to the 60 day mark to ensure you get the spots you want. I usually like to purchase everything at once in a Magic Your Way package, but I have recently had situations where I have paid for the room first and then purchased tickets separately at a later date. The Walt Disney World vacation planning site also has a payment option where if you purchase a package and put down a $200.00 deposit, you can make as many payments up until 45 days of check-in when the entire amount is due. I have found the payment plan extremely helpful, and if you plan far enough in advance I think that it could be a useful tool for you.

I really hope you can celebrate all of your hard work at Walt Disney World next year. Have a magical day, and happy planning!
