I am sailing solo W. Caribbean 3/8/15. Will there be any problem at Palo? I have never been made to feel different at a table service restaurant at either WDW or DL. Are there several seatings for the brunch?

    Welcome aboard, Marc!

Dining at Palo is an absolute must whenever I go on a Disney Cruise vacation. Whether you're cruising solo or not, you can be guaranteed quite a gastronomic experience at this awesome adult exclusive restaurant on board. Similar to your previous dining experiences at any of the restaurants in Disneyland or Walt Disney World, you will absolutely feel welcome. The food is amazing, and you can count on impeccable service too!

Please make sure that you make your dining reservations right when the booking window opens. The Online Check-in system will allow you to add Palo reservations at 75 days prior to sailing if you are a first time cruiser. If you have sailed in the past, your booking window opens a little earlier:
Silver Castaways: 90 days in advance
        Gold Castaways:105 days in advance
Platinum Castaways & Concierge guests: 120 days in advance

You should definitely make the reservation to eat Brunch at Palo too. Plan to make your brunch reservation early, since tables fly and they tend to be fully booked for brunch. Brunch is offered on sea days only - so that you can leisurely enjoy the top notch Northern Italian Cuisine at whatever pace you want. You can do your morning run/jog around the ship on deck 4, get cleaned up, and then enjoy the most awesome recovery meal ever!

Have a great time cruising with Disney, Marc!
