We are sailing on the Dream in March for a 4-night, and 3-night back-to-back cruise. Do you have any information on how the process works for the day we return to port, only to turn around and sail again that same day? Do we debark, if yes, how long?

    Hi Alecia,

Welcome to the Moms Panel!  I am counting down the days until our first voyage on the Dream, but I'll admit I wish it were a back-to-back too!

You will be required to disembark the ship, and will be given instructions the night before (time, meeting place etc).  If you are booked in the same stateroom you can simply leave your things, if you are switching staterooms - you will pack your bags and they will be moved for you.  There is no need to take them off the ship with you.

You will need your identification and documents when disembarking - and this is done after all of the other guests have left.  Once in the terminal you will check in again, and escorted back on the ship.  Since this will more than likely be much earlier than the other guests embarking that day - you will not have the "fan fare" like you did on the first voyage, but you will have a relatively empty ship to yourself for a little while!

Of course with a new ship, there could be new process - so keep in mind this is all subject to change...but I would guess they will try to keep it as seamless as possible!

    Have a great time!
